Hear the whole room.
Ask one question. Everyone answers out loud, at once. A minute later, the room hears itself, and that runs the rest of the meeting.
A concept by Joel Mann. Every screen runs on sample data.
People speak three times faster than they type.
So a round takes a minute, and you hear what people think, not what they bother to type.
One question. One minute. Everyone.

The readout becomes the agenda.
What the room thinks, in its own words.
- The headline, in one line
- Every theme, counted
- Where the room splits
- The idea only one person had
People only say what they think when nobody can tell who said it.
No names, anywhere
Not even the host can see who said what.
Audio is deleted
Only the words are kept, once transcribed.
You see your quote first
And you can say no before you send.
Four voices or more
Smaller rooms get no readout. They’d be traceable.
See how your team thinks, and what to try next.
Every meeting adds to the picture. Team-level only, never by person.

Questions
Does everyone need to install something?
No. The host adds Hivemind to Google Meet. Everyone else scans a code with their phone camera.
Can the host see who said what?
No. Answers have no names, and quotes are cleaned of anything that points to a person.
What if someone can’t talk right now?
They can type instead, on the same screen.
Is the audio kept?
No. It’s deleted once transcribed. Only the words are kept.
Does it work in Zoom or Teams?
Google Meet first. Zoom has the same pieces, an app and a meeting bot, so it’s next.
